By signing up or accessing any course on the Lumo platform (hosted on TagMango), you agree to the following terms. These apply to everyone using the platform — whether you're just browsing, have purchased a course, or are actively learning.
- All course content is for personal use only. You may not share, resell, record, or distribute any part of the course.
- If any misuse is found, Lumo may take legal action.
- Every course is self-paced. That means it’s up to you to go through the content and complete it at your own speed.
- Certificates are awarded once you complete the required content listed in your course dashboard.
- Lumo may update course content, the platform, or its features without prior notice.
2. Conduct, Access, and Use of Services
- Please use a valid email and phone number when buying any course. All important updates will be sent through these.
- If incorrect information is provided, your course access may be limited or revoked.
- We expect all users to behave respectfully in community discussions, comment sections, or group chats.
- If anyone is found using abusive language, spamming, or misusing the space, we may revoke access without a refund.
3. Refund & Discontinuation Policy
We want you to have a great learning experience. But if something doesn't feel right, here’s our refund policy:
- You must email us at [email protected] within 14 days of your purchase to request a refund.
- Your refund request must include:
- The email ID you used to register
- A short reason for your refund request
- A screenshot of your course access (if applicable)
- Your UPI ID or bank account details for the refund
Once we receive all details:
- If you share your UPI ID, refunds will be processed within 7 business days.
